The general public: attending the conference is free of charge. The conference talks will be broadcasted via YouTube livestream and, for those who cannot access YouTube, via Zoom Webinar. We strongly advise you to fill the virtual conference registration form to get access to our Slack space to be able ask questions and participate in discussions with panelists and presenters.

Authors of accepted papers (in the main conference or in one of the workshops): Each published paper (in the main conference or in one of the workshops) has to be backed with one speaker-author registration fee (700 PLN, around 160 EUR). Co-authors can register as general public. The registration fee for both the conference and the workshops is the same.
Please fill two forms: 

(1) the virtual conference registration form to register as a Zoom panelist (so that you can present your paper and answer questions during the Q&A that follows after your presentation);

(2) the payment form to pay the speaker-author registration fee (only one author per paper is requested to pay this fee). This is handled by our logistics partner and local organizing company, Global Congress. The payment is handled by elavon - t-pay . Cancellation Policy

A written request for a refund must be send to 2020@euro-par.org Recovery of payments will be made by the Global Congress Sp. z o.o. Cancellation policy of registration fees:

Speakers:

• before June 20, 2020 – reimbursement is reduced by a handling fee of PLN 50
• after June 20, 2020 - no reimbursement

Workshop Speakers:

• before August 7, 2020 – reimbursement is reduced by a handling fee of PLN 50
• after August 7, 2020 - no reimbursement
